All of us exploring around the Furnace.This past weekend my brother Reed and his girlfriend Jill came down to Birmingham to visit Josh and I for the day. Mom and Emmaline happened to be in town for the day too so we thought it would be fun to to go downtown and check out this old furnace that Josh had been wanting to see. It was really neat to see all of the old machinery and read about the workers that used to work there, and about how the furnace ran back when it was opened. Of course, because I am from the Chambers bloodline, it was also a mission for us (Reed, Emmaline and I) to try to figure how to get into every locked door and restricted area in the place (always makes things a little more interesting). Needless to say, we all had a blast!

We've often talked about going to Sloss Furnace as well...I think the fam would enjoy it, they all love to learn about things.
"Because I am from the Chambers bloodline"....well, I bet Temple and I could add a few phrases to complete that sentence!! :) That was too cute it made me smile out loud!
